UrbanVerdict is operated by Premium ADV, tax identification number PL5272950014, Ul. Bluszczańska 21, 00-712 Warszawa, Poland. Our main business website is premiumadv.net.
2. Free information service
UrbanVerdict is provided free of charge as a general information and editorial service. Content is intended to help users frame decisions; it is not legal, medical, financial, technical or other professional advice.
We may change, suspend or discontinue features or content without guaranteeing continuous availability.
3. Accuracy and user verification
We aim to publish useful, accurate and current information, but local services, prices, credentials, availability and other facts can change without notice. Errors, omissions and outdated information may occur.
You remain responsible for verifying material information directly with the relevant provider or authority before acting. Professional or emergency advice should be obtained where appropriate.
4. Editorial judgments and third parties
Guides, assessments and any future scores reflect our editorial methodology and the evidence available at the stated review date. They are opinions and decision aids, not guarantees of quality, safety or outcome.
References or links to third-party businesses do not create an agency, endorsement or warranty. Third parties control their own services, terms, prices and data practices.
5. Availability and limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Premium ADV is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information, loss of submitted data, server malfunction, security incidents, interruption or unavailability of the free service, or acts and omissions of third-party providers.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer rights.
6. Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the site, bypass security controls, submit unlawful or harmful material, harvest protected contact information, overload the service, impersonate another person or use automated access in a way that materially disrupts normal operation.
7. Intellectual property
The UrbanVerdict name, original text, design, methodology presentation and site software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may link to public pages and quote short extracts with attribution where legally permitted. Systematic copying, republication or creation of a competing database requires prior written permission.
8. Messages and correction material
You confirm that information you submit is lawful and that you have the right to provide it. You grant us permission to use submitted factual material to investigate, correct or improve relevant content, while personal data remains governed by the privacy policy.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will resolve disputes.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
10. Changes
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
